New Construction - Rancho Bernardo, CA
MVW General Contractors, Inc. worked with the owner and architect to re-build and design the Rancho Bernardo home which was lost in the 2008 San Diego Wildfires. The MVW team designed the home with the client to match the original layout - while updating the home to include current standards.
The home is located in what was originally a track neighborhood, and the owner was able to create a unique custom home. LOW-E REFLECTIVE INSULATION was used as a house wrap, inside cavities, attic insulation and roofing underlayment in order to achieve a more energy efficient home.
